Board Of Directors
Our Board of Directors is responsible inter alia for fiduciary oversight, setting strategy and policies for the Company, and acting in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders. The Board is comprised of up to 8 directors, whose leadership and diverse background bring a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge to the Company.
